1. DRINK WATER!!! Whenever you feel hungry, drink a BIG glass of water and wait 20 minutes. Most people confuse thirst with hunger.
2. Eat negative calories for snacks. Veggies veggies and more veggies!!! If you must dip, dip with hummus!!
3. Anything grilled is usually a GO!! Grilled chicken, grilled veggies...
4. Count calories, you will be very surprised how many calories you intake daily!!!
5. Go from full fat to non fat! Youll be very surprised how many calories you will cut out just from switching to non fat items!
6. Caffeine is your friend, Caffeine is a natural appetite suppressant! So coffee is a GO!!
7. When you are craving sweets, eat cinnamon almonds. They are sweet and healthy.
8. If you want chocolate, eat it! Dont starve yourself from your favorite snacks because then you are more likely to overeat them!! SMALL portions is ok RARELY!!!
9. Calories IN, calories OUT!!!
10. Have encouragement. Post photos, post words of encouragement! Anything to keep you on track!!!
